Turning the certifications you already sign into captured revenue

The work is already done. The certifications you sign for home-health patients are reimbursable — the only question is whether your billing team has the evidence to capture them cleanly.

Most physician offices we work with are under-billing the certification and recertification codes they have already earned. Not because the work is missing, but because the evidence to support a clean claim is scattered across faxes, charts, and memory.

G0180 covers the initial certification of a home-health plan of care; G0179 covers recertification. Each signature you provide is a reimbursable action. Capturing them is a matter of organization, not extra clinical effort.

Sign as you go

Every certification and recertification you sign is timestamped, hashed, and attached to the patient automatically. There are no tracking spreadsheets to maintain and no extra steps in the moment — the evidence is created as a byproduct of signing.

Report on the first

In the first week of each month, a clean billing report goes to your office: every patient eligible for G0180 or G0179 in the prior month, with the supporting evidence attached. Your billing team has exactly what it needs to submit through your normal claims process.

No experience required

Offices that have never billed these codes before are usually comfortable after a single short walkthrough and a one-page reference. The loop is simple by design: you sign, the report is generated, your billers submit. Revenue that used to slip through gets captured, every month.
